Bicycle Festival June 16th 2023. Safe month for an outdoor event one would think...but with our inaugural Bicycle Festival all set to go, a Yellow Weather Warning, storms and high winds threatened to cancel the entire event. In true British spirit, a trimmed down version was hastily arranged with an indoor Cycle Café, Virtue Electric Bicycles squeezed into the main Hall and Martin Smith, Bike Guru, repairing bikes in a corner of the kitchen ! Many thanks to all involved, and all the Cycle Clubs braving the elements for a bacon breakfast bun.
